Destination Wedding · June 2024
Seward, Alaska
A three-day destination wedding at a private cabin on Resurrection Bay. Black tie, candlelight, and the slow gold of an Alaskan midnight sun.
Forty guests flew in from six countries. The bride wore a column of silk; the groom, his grandfather's tuxedo. The ceremony was held at the deck's edge, the fjord acting as both witness and altar.
Dinner was served at a single long table inside the cabin, lit entirely by tapers. Toasts ran past midnight without the sky ever fully darkening.
The album from this weekend is the longest I've ever made. There was simply too much grace to leave out.
